Situation

Thank you all for your incredible participation!

With our strong mobilization, we achieved to obtain the following :

• the plenary vote was postponed of the 1st reading from september 2nd to the week from september 22nd to september 25th!!

• Debate on European Parliament is on Tuesday, September 2nd between 15:30 and 17:30

• Deadline for tabling amendments for plenary vote is on Wednesday September 17th 12:00

Grâce à notre forte mobilisation, nous avons réussi à obtenir les points suivants :

• Le vote en première lecture en plénière a été repoussé du 2 septembre à la semaine du 22 !!!

• Le débat au Parlement européen est pour le mardi 2 septembre entre 15h30 et 17h30

• La date limite de dépôt des amendements pour le vote en plénière est le mercredi 17 septembre 12h00

Afin de nous aider à collecter des signatures pour l'amendement "magic bullet" contre la riposte graduée, nous avons besoin que vous contactiez votre député européen:

• La riposte graduée permet de contourner l'autorité judiciaire pour que des autorités administratives décident de sanctions limitant les libertés des internautes.
• Les amendements de compromis de Harbour laissent la porte ouverte à la riposte graduée lien vers argumentaire
• L'amendement "magic bullet" rétablit la position de l'autorité judiciaire comme gardien des libertés fondamentales.
