The next revision of the directive anti-shares IPRED is already planned by the European Commission as a repressive application of ACTA. On the contrary, this revision would be considered as an opportunity to define more just borders for the copyright's enforcement, by concentrating on breaches profit-seeking, and by protecting citizens realizing or using non-profit copies.
The Elected Representatives have to forge ahead by requiring a new copyright's regime more fair, by legalizing wide-spread practices realized aimlessly of profit - as the files' sharing, the remix, the mash-up and the other modifications of works used as forms of expression - by the exceptions in the copyright
