In addition, customers must have the right to reliable information

not only about the legal obligations arising from the use of the service, for example in relation to intellectual property rights' holders, but also about legally imposed limits. The key for a better protection of the consumer is primarly to define with precision the responsibility of the national regulatory authorities in enforcing the terms of everyday consumer's rights.
