• Adobe Systems → American multinational computer software company editing Photoshop and Flash.
• BMG Rights Management → international group of music companies focused on the management of music rights and a joint venture between the international media company Bertelsmann and the global private equity firm KKR (the fourth-largest music publisher in the world, based on revenue)
• CLA → Copyright Licensing Agency: a UK non-profit organisation established by the Authors' Licensing and Collecting Society (ALCS) and the Publishers' Licensing Society (PLS) to perform collective licensing on their behalf
• Directors UK → (previously DPRS) is the professional association for British directors working in the audiovisual sector. • British Film Institute → a charitable organisation to encourage the development of the arts of film, television and the moving image throughout the United Kingdom
• Europeana Foundation → internet portal that acts as an interface to millions of books, paintings, films, museum objects and archival records that have been digitised throughout Europe
• RAI → Rai Radiotelevisione Italiana: Italy's national public-service radio and television broadcasting organization (?)
• The national archives in the UK → a UK government department and an executive agency of the Secretary of State for Justice. It is "the UK government's official archive, containing 1,000 years of history".

• BEUC → Bureau Européen des Unions de Consommateurs: an umbrella consumers' group
• Creative Commons → a non-profit organization devoted to expanding the range of creative works available for others to build upon legally and to share
• Digitale Gesellschaft → a German advocacy group that promotes the digital rights and freedoms of citizens
• La Quadrature du Net → a French advocacy group that promotes the digital rights and freedoms of citizens
• The Internet Society → an international, non-profit organization founded in 1992 to provide leadership in Internet related standards, education, and policy. It states that its mission is "to assure the open development, evolution and use of the Internet for the benefit of all people throughout the world"
