  • Adobe Systems → American multinational computer software company editing Photoshop and Flash.
  • BMG Rights Management → international group of music companies focused on the management of music rights and a joint venture between the international media company Bertelsmann and the global private equity firm KKR (the fourth-largest music publisher in the world, based on revenue).
  • EANA Member tbc → European Alliance of News Agencies: lobby of news agencies (AFP, Press association, etc)
  • eBay → American multinational internet consumer-to-consumer corporation that manages eBay.com, an online auction and shopping website
  • ECSA → European Community Shipowners' Associations: lobby of shipowners

  • Mediaset → an Italian-based mass media company which is the largest commercial broadcaster in the country. Founded by Silvio Berlusconi and still controlled today by his family holding company Fininvest, the group competes primarily against the public broadcaster and market leader RAI, La7, and News Corporation's Sky Italia.

  • SIC → Sociedade Independente de Comunicação: Portuguese television network and media company, which runs several television channels (?)
  • Telecom Italia → the largest Italian telecommunications company, also active in the media and manufacturing industries
  • Wiley → John Wiley & Sons, Inc. : global publishing company, also known for publishing "For Dummies" and "Frommer's"
  • Ziggo → the largest cable operator in the Netherlands, providing cable television (digital and analog), broadband Internet, and telephone service

Public institutions (6/45 = 13%)

  • British Film Institute → a charitable organisation to encourage the development of the arts of film, television and the moving image throughout the United Kingdom
  • CLA → Copyright Licensing Agency: a UK non-profit organisation established by the Authors' Licensing and Collecting Society (ALCS) and the Publishers' Licensing Society (PLS) to perform collective licensing on their behalf
  • Directors UK → (previously DPRS) is the professional association for British directors working in the audiovisual sector. The organisation is both a collective management organisation for the distribution of secondary rights payments to directors, and the campaigning body seeking to protect and enhance the creative, economic and contractual rights of directors in the UK.
  • Europeana Foundation → internet portal that acts as an interface to millions of books, paintings, films, museum objects and archival records that have been digitised throughout Europe
  • RAI → Rai Radiotelevisione Italiana: Italy's national public-service radio and television broadcasting organization (?)
  • The national archives in the UK → a UK government department and an executive agency of the Secretary of State for Justice. It is "the UK government's official archive, containing 1,000 years of history".

Associations / NGO (5/45 = 11%)

  • BEUC → Bureau Européen des Unions de Consommateurs: an umbrella consumers' group
  • Creative Commons → a non-profit organization devoted to expanding the range of creative works available for others to build upon legally and to share
  • Digitale Gesellschaft → a German advocacy group that promotes the digital rights and freedoms of citizens
  • La Quadrature du Net → a French advocacy group that promotes the digital rights and freedoms of citizens
  • The Internet Society → an international, non-profit organization founded in 1992 to provide leadership in Internet related standards, education, and policy. It states that its mission is "to assure the open development, evolution and use of the Internet for the benefit of all people throughout the world"

Other (2/45 = 4,5%)

  • Deutsche Fussball Bund and Bundesliga → German Football League (??)
  • European Youth Forum → the platform of the national youth councils and international non-governmental youth organisations in Europe
