HOT TOPICS Telecoms Package resource page BREAKING NEWS The Medina Report is the most extreme text about Copyright seen in a long time in the European Parliament. It recommends graduated response, content filtering and deny copyright exceptions. It is an initiative report (political opinion of the EP), and will be voted in the European Parliament in March. Oct. 30th - French Hadopi law about "graduated response" (translated here) was voted unanimously by the French Senate, in contradiction with European law and Amendment 138. Sept.24th - Vote in first reading of the Telecoms Package. Bono amendment and many others going against "graduated response" (3-strikes approach) were voted!
