Can someone please explain this to me a bit better. What is the telcom score refreing to and the people for and against it is that for us or against us? Sorry not a policy maker. Also what is involved in the am138 because if I email the United Kingdom members saying I am against this there going to either ignore me(very likely) or ask me why and i'll be going I don't know, not good.
