Contractual practice on mobile Internet where data isn't added to the bill of the user. For instance, Deutsche Telekom (Germany) offers a package where Spotify isn't added to the bill. This type of violation disrupts the market by allowing a dominating position to a company having commercial agreement with the operator and limit the access of users to other Internet services.
