Citizens can add to the platform cases they encounter or confirm already existing cases, allowing regulators to stop ignoring the numerous access restrictions and discriminatory practices which hinder freedom of information and communictaion, privacy and online competition and innovation. Those reports, although they're only a partial view of the actual situation, are already used by national and european regulators, and raise the pressure on the European Comission to act in favor of net neutrality.
