The implementing decree of the Terrorism Law has been published on 4 march 2015. It allows the dereferencing of websites provoking to terrorist acts or supporting them and websites publishing pedopornographic images. LQDN, FDN and FFDN submitted an appeal for annulment to the State Council at the end of April 2015. The particular points attacked are:
